The environmental and economic health of our region depends on a clean and reliable source of high quality water.

The Water Replenishment District has a vital role in promoting water conservation and education, and in developing innovative and affordable local recycled and ground water supply.

Lillian Kawasaki has the leadership, experience and knowledge to meet these challenges. She has a proven record of integrity and accountability that will help put the WRD back on track.

Her qualifications include:

• Current member of the Long Beach Water Commission
• Current member of California Bay Delta Public Advisory Committee
• More than 30 years as an environmental specialist and manager
• 28 years of committed public service
• Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in biological sciences
